2.1 Scheduled Consultations

- Cancellation with Notice: Full refund available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Last-Minute Cancellation: No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling a session is free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduling (less than 24 hours) may incur a 25% fee.
2.2 Project-Based Services
For custom project work and implementations:
- Deposit Refunds: Initial deposits (typically 25-50% of the project total) are non-refundable once project work has begun.
- Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has commenced but before completion, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed plus any non-recoverable expenses incurred on your behalf.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If the deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement, we will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost or provide a partial refund proportional to the extent of the discrepancy.

Virtual Events: For virtual events, a recording is typically provided to all registered participants. Therefore, if you miss a virtual event, you will still receive access to the recording, and no refund will be provided.
4. Physical Products
For any physical products or merchandise:
- Return Period: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
